Organic Growth invests in machines that already earn their keep — cleaning floors, moving pallets, inspecting the pipes under your feet. One portal shows you everything.
We invest where the machines are already wanted — real customers, recurring revenue, and a clear path to margin. No moonshots, no science projects: working robots, run by teams who have shipped into the field before.
Everything of substance lives behind a signed NDA — watermarked data rooms, logged views, and one personal record room holding every document you ever sign. Quiet on the outside, complete on the inside.
We call it organic growth: companies that expand because customers keep paying them, not because capital keeps arriving. The Working Robots Fund is seeded with existing stakes in four robotics and AI companies chosen on exactly that test — and the OpenBooks portal puts the whole relationship in one place, from first NDA to every stake you hold.
Every company in the portfolio charges real customers for work done by real machines — cleaning, logistics, inspection, manufacturing.
We back teams that build from cash flow and customer pull, and we hold stakes patiently — the way the companies themselves grew.
Participants see their holdings, documents, votes and requests in one portal — OpenBooks — with nothing important buried in email.
Machines in the field today, earning today. Inside the portal, each company has its own data room, live feed and holdings view.
The autonomous work platform safety-certified for operation around people in public spaces — powering floor scrubbers and warehouse trucks for leading OEMs.

Organic Growth LLC is the manager of the Working Robots Fund, LP. It invests in value-generating robotics and AI — companies whose machines already do paid work for real customers — and holds those stakes patiently, favouring businesses grown from cash flow and customer pull over businesses grown from fundraising.
A private fund seeded with existing stakes in four robotics and AI companies working in cleaning, logistics, inspection and manufacturing. Participation is by invitation. Inside the OpenBooks portal, every participant sees the same picture: each company's data room, updates, votes and their own holdings — with every document they sign kept in a personal record room.
Through an invitation link. You confirm your name and email, read and accept the non-disclosure agreement, and verify your email address — that verification is what makes your acceptance binding. The portal then opens with the access your invitation carries.
